Tis the season to be jolly isn’t it? Christmas is coming up, everyone’s favourite season of the year. Now of course, nothing would be complete without a feast. But, what always keeps your guests entertained is the desert. Browse our newest and uniquest christmas recipe, christmas tree shaped cookies. Dessert ready in an hour! Enjoy these Christmas tree shaped cookies topped with candy sprinkles, perfect to treat a crowd. The ingredients you need will only be green dough, 1/4 cup Gold Medal, all-purpose flour, 1/4 softened cup butter, 1 tablespoon green crème de menthe liqueur or crème de menthe syrup, 2 drops green food colour,
Decorating bag fitted with small writing tip, and 18 oz of refrigerated sugar cookies, and of course some candy sprinkles. To cook you will easily heat the oven until it has reached 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In small ball, mix the green dough ingredients altogether, until they have all completely blended as one thing. Then, put the dough you have blended in the decorating bag and put that on a side alone. Then you get out half the dough from the refrigerator and keep the other half. Spread very little flour on a surface and roll out the dough on top of that with a 1/4 think rolling pin. Cut the dough with 2.5-3.5 inch tree shaped cutter, and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Then you squeeze the decorating bag to push the green dough around the outer edges of the cookies, and squeeze on the center to let out a dot, and top each of those dots with candy sprinkles. Then lastly, put it in the oven from 9 to 11 minutes until it has turned into a light golden brown colour, and cool for one minute, and then remove the cookie sheets. Very simple and sounds tempting right? Waiting for your feedback.
